Registration and/or subscription to Octoly's newsletter: when registering and/or subscribing to Octoly's newsletter, You will transmit to Octoly Your name and email address.

The Data shall not be public unless shared by You. Please keep in mind that if You directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Octoly's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Such disclosure will be made under Your sole responsibility.

The Services may link to websites operated by third parties that Octoly does not control. 3. Use of the Data

Octoly collects and uses the Data to operate the Site and the Platform and to deliver the newsletter supplied upon subscription within the Services, that You have requested and, from time to time, to inform and/or propose to You other products or services available on the Services. Furthermore, Octoly uses the Data to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Services such as to determine what Octoly services and/or pages are the most popular.

4. Transfer of the Data

In order for Octoly to suggest Creator's profiles to Subscribers and/or Users of the Services, the name, age and gender of all Creators registered on the Platform may automatically be displayed within the Platform upon creation of an Octoly Creator account.

Octoly may also share the Data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your personal information except to provide these services to Octoly, and they are required to maintain the strict confidentiality of the Data.

Octoly may disclose the Data, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Octoly or the Services; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Octoly; (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Octoly, or the public and (d) as necessary to perform the services requested by You.

Other than set forth herein, Octoly does not sell, rent or lease the Data to third parties.

5. Use of Cookies/Targeted Advertising

Octoly or third parties authorized by Octoly (such as advertisers and analytics companies), may use tracking technology such as "cookies" to help personalize Your online experience. Data is stored on secured third party servers in the USA. The Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. After that point, Data is kept only for statistical purposes and shall not be used for any other reason.
